Usnea and Turkey Tail Tincture

A tincture with these two highly prized immune modulating fungi/lichen combo. It does have a slight mushroomy taste, but fine for drops under tongue direct or mix in water.

Both foraged from the UK by myself

Ingredients: Usnea (Usnea barbata) 50% and Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor) 50% alcoholic tincture extracts. 25% Alcohol vol

Shake well before use

Take mixed with water to taste

Dosage:

Adult; Active infection; 5mls (100 drops) 6x daily, Preventative dose; 3ml (60 drops) 3-4x daily

Child dosage;(6yrs+) 0.5-2ml 3 x daily

Avoid if Pregnant or allergic to mushrooms.
