Every order is scheduled immediately at the confirmation of your order, orders leave Alice’s apothecary every Wednesday to be posted. Delivery is to mainland UK only.

EU Postal possible - please contact Alice.

*Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country outside of the UK before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

*Please also note delivery times may increase around holidays.

HOW MUCH DOES POSTAGE COST?

Delivery cost is £6.25 and on all orders.

An additional price will be sent via EU postage as a Paypal request after the order is made depending on what country and weight of the order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. Alice is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Alice as soon as possible at alice@sacredseeds.org.uk Alice will do her best to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 2-4 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.

Our despatch day is WEDNESDAY of each week.
Your order will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

Any import duties or taxes imposed by their country are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Herbal Home-ed Refunds

If you’d like to cancel and receive a refund for your herbal medicine workshop or herbal home-ed booking, please see details below:

Refund Policy:  
30 days notice or longer - 90% refunded
15 - 29 days notice - 50% refunded
14 days or less notice - No refund

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS POLICY ON PRODUCTS

Alice has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note all items that want to be returned are at the cost of the buyer to send back.

We cannot refund items which have been lost in the post.

A full refund will be given minus the postage and packaging costs.

Items sent back to Alice without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon opening and contact Alice immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Alice can evaluate the issue and make it right. Alice requires photographs of any defects or damage.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty please return them within 14 days of your delivery date and a full refund will be given plus postage and packaging costs.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, Alice cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alice can only exchange items which have not been used.

REFUNDS

Alice will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Alice collects certain information or data when you use the Sacred Seed website.

For example, Alice collects: questions, queries or feedback you leave, including your email address if you contact her. This is so she can contact you back if necessary.

Alice will also gain information about you when asking for personal details in order to make a booking for the herbal home-ed or herbal medicine walks. These are all confidential and is kept on an online system with password security.

USING THE WEBSITE

When using the website, Alice will be able to use information depending on what pages you open on the site, which links you click on your IP address, and details of which version of web browser you used, information on how you use the site, using cookies and page tagging techniques.

This data can be viewed by Alice to:

Returns Policy for UK Customers
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for any reason, it can be returned to Sacred Seeds within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging and received here in saleable condition.

Please email Alice to request a Returns Authorisation Number and ensure that this number is clearly marked on correspondence enclosed with the return package. Alice recommends you use recorded delivery as Alice cannot be responsible for returns that fail to reach Alice.

If you are returning an order or part of an order due to an error on our part we will refund the return delivery charges you incur. However, for returns that are not a result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for any costs involved in its return.

Returns Policy for Non UK Customers
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Alice for any reason, please contact us by email at alice@sacredseeds.org.uk and she will advise you how to proceed.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify Alice by email to alice@sacredseeds.org.uk . This has to be done before Alice has packed or dispatched the goods to you. If your goods have already been dispatched, you can return the goods in accordance with the returns policy.

By exercising your right to cancel you are required to return the goods to Sacred Seeds.

If you fail to return the goods Alice reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred by retrieving the goods from you.

Distance Selling Regulations
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. This 14 day period commences the day after the goods have been received.

If you wish to cancel your order under these regulations this must be received in writing by email. Alice cannot accept cancellations by telephone. Under these regulations Sacred Seeds must receive all goods within 14 days. All goods returned are at your expense. Goods must be unopened, unused, in re-sellable condition and in original manufacturers packaging.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Ordering from Sacred Seeds
As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. An order acknowledgement detailing the products you have ordered and the delivery address entered will be sent to your e-mail address. Please check this acknowledgement as Alice is not liable for any errors you may make when ordering items through Sacred Seeds website.

Alice may refuse to accept an order where goods are not available or in stock at Sacred Seeds, or if Alice cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

Delivery
Alice will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or failing to collect a parcel within the courier’s timeframe.

Alice makes every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, Sacred Seeds will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Ownership of an item will not pass to you until Alice has delivered the item to you via post. When an item is delivered the risk of damage to, or loss of, the item passes to you.
