Directions for use:

Add 1-2tsp of powder to a cup of warm mylk and whisk. Add sweetener to taste

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa) (54%), Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (16%), Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) (12%), Marshmallow root (Althea officinalis) (11%), Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia)(4%), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (2%), Long pepper (Piper longum) (1%)

Avoid if Pregnant or if you have hormone sensitive cancer.

Avoid if taking immunosuppressants, anticoagulants or warfarin, Diuretic or blood pressure medications.

Avoid when there is an obstruction of the biliary tract or if hypersensitive to turmeric. Patients with cholelithiasis should not use without medical advice.
