Open pollinated seeds - Here is a good list of which seed suppliers sell quality organic and open pollinated seeds. It is important to have proof of purchase of your seeds if you are to certify your products as organic/biodynamic. I regularly use Mole seeds, Seedaholic the seed coop and occasionally Sutton seeds.
A lovely lady and fantastic grower called Karen Williams has an off-grid space in Wales called Dancing Dragon Herbs. Her growing methods are 100% vegan (using seaweed and coir excluding manure and bone-meal etc). She grows a lot of unusual species which thrive under her care such as black cohosh, tea tree and all sorts. Karen can also supply fresh plant material to anyone that wants to come and collect it when in season for drying or tincture making. Ask her for a list of seeds, all £1 per packet. I have had great results with a lot of her seeds, especially astragalus and codonopsis. Karen does not post her plants but you can buy some direct on her open days or at the radical herb gathering.

Poyntzfield Herbs - Situated on Black Isle on the east coast of the Scottish highlands, they have a vast array of seeds and sm/lg plants to buy, all pretty hardy to our UK climate. I have always had great results from their plants, although they are small when they arrive so take some years to establish. I buy my goldenseal rootlets from here, many other root cuttings as well as specialist seeds.
