Herbs for emotional wellbeing and good quality sleep

At the height of summer, with long days and very outward energies, Nature provides for us an abundance of herbs in their prime that support our emotional wellbeing as well as sleep patterns. It can be an exhausting time of year, with burn-out highs and often insomnia peaking for many. This full day workshop will focus on the herbs you can forage or grow at this time, as well as other herbs you can purchase to support your emotional wellbeing and sleep. We will make flower essences together, which you can take home to use. You will make your own emotional wellbeing tonic as well as digestive bitter tonic to take home and brew. We will have a herb tasting exploratory session to further confound your learning and get to know more herb allies personally. You will also make your own herbal incense bundle to take home. We will end this session by sharing some foraged edible treats, wild teas and Love potion. An Information sheet will be emailed to you with recipes, additional advice and further resources to support your herbal journey of wellness
