Your info & what we do with it

When you place an order on our website, either for a class or a product we ask you to provide personal details such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email and telephone number.  Without this information we would not be able to fulfil your order or book you a place on a workshop.  In submitting these details for the transaction purpose you give us your permission to hold this information.

We may invite you to create an account with the website so that you are able to sign in and see your transaction history. We may also invite you to sign up to our newsletter. If you do either of these we will only contact you with news of the club, products, offers, and event details.  We will not send you anything unrelated to Sacred Seeds, nor will we ever share the information that you provide with third parties.

In order to complete your transactions efficiently we use reputable third-party banking processes.  They require your information in order to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order.  All such organisation are under strict obligations to keep your information private and secure.  

When you access the Sacred Seeds website your computer will automatically 'talk' to your computer and access information about your browser.  It does this to optimize your experience as you move through our website but you can switch this off by declining ‘cookies’.

We promise that we have put in place the very best possible online protections available to keep your information safe. Although no service is totally completely secure, we use only trusted third parties to collect your information and make sure that our website holds the best possible security certificates to protect against network vulnerabilities.
