Attending all of these seasonal walks would offer the chance to really cement your wild food and medicine knowledge over the year. Witnessing the plants in their life cycle, in their prime for harvesting and then getting to recognise them when in leaf, flower & seed form as well will really embed your plant ID knowledge. These walks are rich in information and plant teachings. You will learn basic botany for the various plant families and a large array of plants to use in your medicine chest as well as in your kitchen.

Each workshop will weave in some seasonal celebrations or rituals to mark these cross quarters together and honour the shifts within nature and ourselves at these poignant times.

Samples, tasters and teas will be shared at the end and basic botany and other handouts will be emailed to you after.
