Herbs for emotional wellbeing and good quality sleep

At the height of summer, with long days, very outward energies, burn-out highs and often insomnia parking for many it can be a challenging time emotionally. Nature however provides us an abundance of herbs in their prime that support our emotional wellbeing as well as sleep patterns. 

I ran this for the first time last year and loved it so much with good feedback I wanted to run it again this year.

We will make flower essences, an emotional wellbeing tonic, your own herbal incense bundle as well as a digestive bitter tonic to take home with you. Including an information sheet that will be emailed to you with recipes, additional advice and further resources to support your herbal journey of wellness.

We will also have a herb tasting exploratory session to further confound your learning and get to know more herb allies personally. We will end this session by sharing some foraged edible treats, wild teas and Love Potion.
