It is compulsory by law to have a one on one consultation with you before the herb box is issued. This can be done via video call/skype or face to face.   If after the consultation it is known that the herb box is NOT suitable for you due to allergies, health issues or medications, the contents will either be personalised/amended or a full refund will be issued.  As a general note all the contents of the herb boxes are pretty safe and well tolerated by most.
